Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Full payment (or COD confirmation) is required before processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Accepted strictly under our Return & Exchange Policy. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

7. Limitation of Liability
Elite Verse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content — logos, text, images, descriptions — belongs to Elite Verse and may not be used without permission.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, engage in fraudulent transactions, or disrupt our services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to Pakistani courts' jurisdiction.
